Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 40g almond butter
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 medium banana, mashed
- 200g oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 60g vanilla protein powder
- 280ml unsweetened almond milk
- 120g SKYR yoghurt
- 25g flaked almonds
- ½ tsp icing sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Create almond filling by whisking together egg, almond butter, and maple syrup
- In a large bowl, combine mashed banana, oats, baking powder, and vanilla protein powder
- Mix in SKYR yoghurt and almond milk until well combined
- Pour two-thirds of the oat mixture into a greased baking dish
- Add almond filling layer
- Top with remaining oat mixture and sprinkle with flaked almonds
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Dust with icing sugar after removing from oven
