"We're seeing a clear shift toward hybrid training approaches, where people want both comprehensive strength training facilities and advanced cardio options," said Hasan Romel, Area Contract Manager at Everyone Active. "These upgrades deliver exactly that, ensuring our centres remain aligned with contemporary fitness trends."

Councillor Saima Ashraf, Deputy Leader of Barking and Dagenham Council, noted the timing of the reopening aligns perfectly with New Year's resolutions, encouraging residents to visit and experience the new state-of-the-art facilities for themselves.

Both centres are now open and fully operational, offering expanded fitness options for all community members.
