For the Creamy Avocado Sauce:

  • 180g 2% fat Greek yogurt/SKYR
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 100ml water

  6. Assemble burritos: Layer tortillas with avocado sauce, spinach, bacon, sausage, and eggs.

  7. Roll burritos tightly and toast them.

  8. Let cool before wrapping in foil.
