Ingredients
For the Burrito:
- 4 turkey bacon medallions, diced
- 4 chicken sausages, skin removed
- 5 eggs
- 5 egg whites
- Handful of baby spinach
- 4 soft white tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Low-calorie oil spray
For the Creamy Avocado Sauce:
- 180g 2% fat Greek yogurt/SKYR
- ½ avocado
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp oregano
- 100ml water
