- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Low calorie oil spray
For the filling:
- 2 tbsp light cream cheese
- 2 large sundried tomatoes, diced
- 4 basil leaves, sliced
For serving:
- 150g potato, cubed
- 1 tsp paprika
- 200g tenderstem broccoli
Instructions:

Create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing lengthwise.

Season chicken with garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper, rubbing the seasonings into the meat.

Combine cream cheese, diced sundried tomatoes, and sliced basil in a bowl. Season to taste.

- Place chicken and potatoes in the air fryer

- Turn potatoes halfway through
For Oven:
- Place on lined baking tray
- Roast at 200°C for 25-30 minutes
