Using your mobile phone to access Harpenden Leisure Centre is now easier with the new Smart Tile system installed on all turnstiles.

The system works through the Everyone Active App and offers two ways to enter:

• Tap your phone on the red circular Smart Tile
• Scan the Smart Tile's QR code

This digital access method eliminates the need for physical membership cards, supporting our commitment to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2030.

How to use Smart Tile Access:

1. Open the Everyone Active app (ensure you're logged in)
2. Select 'Turnstile/Gate Access'
3. Choose either:
   • 'Tap Phone' and hold your device above the tile
   • Scan the QR code on the Smart Tile

The system will validate your membership or booking instantly, allowing quick entry to the facility.
