Hyrox Doubles combines running with functional fitness exercises as a two-person relay competition. Teams work together to complete eight 1km runs and eight workout stations, dividing responsibilities based on strategy and strengths.

Both partners must run together (within 15 seconds pace difference) while workout stations can be split or alternated between teammates.

Team Categories:

  • Open Male-Male (Male Open weights)
  • Open Female-Female (Female Open weights)
  • Open Mixed (Male Open weights)
  • Pro Male-Male (Pro Male weights)
  • Pro Female-Female (Pro Female weights)

Age categories are determined by averaging both participants' ages.
